What will next year bring for Bracknell - and beyond? What's going on? How will it affect me and my family and my communities? What might I do well to keep an eye on? Exploring questions like these, this series of informal but down-to-earth get-togethers should appeal to many people in this area. They’re aimed at providing an opportunity to discuss important developments likely to impact families, finances, interaction, education, social and healthcare services, environmental policies, and other angles on life here. Highly-informative
lead speakers from a range of local
organisations will feed briefings – probably
including what they see as high points and
headaches to watch out for in the coming year.
There’ll be plenty of opportunity for questions
and discussion. Some inputs and outcomes
will later be available on-line. The events are free,
but with a collection to be shared by local
charities. Each evening will run from 7.30pm to about 9.30pm. NB Places are limited, and you’re advised to book well in advance. This is only by e-mail to the Gallery Co-ordinator Hugh Gibbons hughgibbons@just1.org.uk The reason is that attenders will be provided with key joining information, including the chance to submit questions in advance for the speakers to address. There'll also be an unusual quiz to warm brains and smiles up at the start. You'll get most of the questions beforehand. But a couple will be posed only on the night, to give you the chance to win a neat prize.
